Specialties

This camp will present students to disciplines of engineering and help them keep up with today's expanding STEM revolution. Applied, task-oriented learning is the keystone of engineering. The fledgling engineers will devote the majority of time planning and constructing an assortment of buildings, machines, cars and other gadgets. As they work cooperatively to answer questions they will learn to collaborate and think critically. Just a few of the idea's students will consider include gravity, energy, friction, voltage, current, resistance, tension. The young scientists will construct numerous vehicles that employ, motors, rubber bands, gears, balloons and much more.

HistoryA group of soccer coaches and parents saw the need for more technical foot skills, better ball control, confidence in tight spaces while under pressure in our soccer players. Additionally, we were motivated by our work with at-risk and disadvantaged youth around the world to try and develop athlete leaders who were also interested in devoting time to glocal community development efforts.SpecialtiesFire Sports is all about igniting, uniting and developing youth athlete-leaders through sport. We host technical training primarily for futsal and soccer players. We host camps and personalized training events around the Arlington, VA and Washington, DC areas.
