Everett Meredith Middle School provides education to students in grades six through eight. The various subjects offered by the school s curriculum include math, social studies, science, language arts, English and physical education. It has a library and media center with a variety of audiovisual equipment. The school also has a cafeteria and computer lab with Internet access. It organizes a variety of extracurricular activities, including drama, dance, problem solving competitions and educational trips. The school also organizes various sports competitions, including basketball, baseball, tennis, volleyball, softball, and track and field. It publishes school magazine and has a student council and parent-teacher association. The school is affiliated with the Appoquinimink School District and is located in Middletown, Del.
