Established in 2004, Annapolis Athletic Club organizes fitness sessions for men, women and children. The club s facility features dressing rooms, entertainment areas, and body and spinning studios. It conducts classes in Pilates, yoga and indoor cycling. Annapolis Athletic Club offers exercise programs to strengthen abdominal and postural muscles. The club provides several methods of massage, including myofascial release, deep tissue and sports massage therapies. It features an outdoor play area with toys, balls, playhouse and jungle gym for children between the ages of 3 and 10. Annapolis Athletic Club offers nutritional evaluation and weight management services for obese individuals. The club operates the Core Athletic Performance Training program, which provides assistance with the development of self-esteem and nutritional values to teenagers. It is located in Annapolis, Md.
