He has been the director of the Children's Center at Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center since 1996, bringing over 20 years of experience in pediatric care to the Columbia, Maryland community. Dr. Monroe earned his MD from SUNY Upstate Medical University and completed his residency in pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center.
