Dr. Keyvan Rafei is an award-winning pediatrician with over 20 years of clinical practice experience. His leadership roles include Division Head of Pediatric Emergency Medicine at the University of Maryland. He has received awards for his innovative work in pediatric care including Baltimore Magazine’s list of “Top Doctors“ and Chesapeake Family Favorite Doctors Award. Dr. Rafei received his M.D. ​​from the Medical College of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia,and completed his residency at Baylor College of Medicine Affiliated Hospitals in Houston, Texas.
