Ashwini Javlekar, M.D., is an obstetrician and gynecologist with Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. Originally from Massachusetts, she completed her education in Albany, NY. Rachel Purser, D.N.P., received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. N.P. Purser has experience in primary care for adults with complex care needs, and enjoys collaborating with patients to meet their unique goals. When N.P. Purser is not with her patients, she enjoys gardening and spending time with her family and dog.

Amal Hassan Ahmed Awadalla, M.D., practices internal medicine at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians East Baltimore Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Faculty of Medicine University of Khartoum, and completed her residency at Queens Hospital Center.
