Alonzo Howard - State Farm Insurance Agent

Mr Howard and his staff go above and beyond to assist my family and I with our insurance needs. The staff is always available to answer any questions and to educate when needed.

This agent provides terrible service, very unprofessional and non responsive. The person who answers the phone, Jordan, is extremely rude and makes unsolicited changes to accounts.
