I went to this store today and found the manager and one other guy was very nasty. On the other hand the only girl that worked there was the only one there that was very professional and nice.

If I could choose to rate 0 stars, I would. I went to this location on February 2, 2023. It was a Thursday, maybe around 6pm. I have a 2019 Honda Civic sport, and was in need of a battery change....

If I could give negative stars I would. Went to the location to get battery charged the representative prints my receipt and informs me to come back in a hour. I come back a hour later to find out...

I would've given it zero stars if I could. I have noticed overall Advance Auto Parts employers lack customer service and a basic knowledge of auto skills. Every visit I'm met with a shoulder shrug...
