Adam's the Place for Ribs, founded in 1981, is a restaurant selling more than 200,000 pounds of ribs annually. Its menu includes barbecued baby back ribs platter, shrimp platter, tenderloin, grilled swordfish, Caesar chicken salad, mozzarella sticks and grilled tuna steak salad. It offers a special menu for children, including barbequed beef with fries, cheeseburgers, cheesecakes and apple and lime pies. It has a full-service bar serving pina coladas, margaritas and draft and bottled beer manufactured by Heineken, Amstel Light, Guinness and Bass Ale. It offers catering services for company picnics, office parties, formal dinners, wedding, golf tournaments and all kinds of parties. The restaurant has locations in Severna Park, Eastport, Edgewater, Fruitland and Prince Frederick, Md.
