The fact that they don't mention the practice is full, and that the doctor has no problem wasting your time when you are researching new doctors calls into question the doctors ethics in my opinion.

Excellent diagnostic skills and availability. You might have to wait to get into his practice but, believe me, the wait is worth it. Google his CV if you're not sure.
