After finishing family medicine residency training, she completed an additional 18 months of post-graduate psychiatry training at St Elizabeth’s Hospital in Washington D.C. Dr. Korman joined the Center of Excellence team in 2023. She takes great pride in the work she does serving first responders in crisis from across the country. When not working at the Center of Excellence, she likes camping, off-roading in her jeep, and spending time with family and friends.

Dr. Nicole Richardson specializes in Osteopathy at IAFF Center of Excellence For Behavioral Health Treatment and Recovery in Maryland. Nicole Richardson provides evidence-based care to individuals of all ages struggling with alcohol addiction or substance use disorder. Our Upper Marlboro facility offers medical detox, inpatient rehab, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient rehab for addiction and co-occurring mental health disorders. Nicole Richardson provides compassionate care and is dedicated to helping individuals overcome addiction.
