I was so pleased and surprised to find Chef McCaskey in the kitchen. I have had his food in his 2 star Acadia in Chicago and at Acadia Provisions in Stonington, both of which are now closed....

Updating with some additional pictures. Lobster grilled cheese was great, as was the chowder and the fries were hot & crisp. The dipping sauce was fantastic.

Way more than we expected. This adorable inn built in the 1700s has an adorable bar (walk in) and a great fine dining experience ( reservations) we expected sandwiches and got a gourmet meal....

My food ( brussels) was too salty. My drink ( fulsom prison) tasted like water. And the service was non existent for the 1st 1/2 of my time there. $70 dollars later, feeling so disappointed...
