I established Village Motors in 1991 with one simple goal, to provide the finest pre-owned vehicles at the best prices and provide great service after the sale. For over 15 years my staff and I have worked very hard to earn the business. We have 2 locations to serve you. My original store on Main St. in South Berwick ( where I bought, repaired, and sold my first vehicles ) is now a 20 car sales annex and auto detailing facility. In 1997 we were selling 20+ vehicles a month and I needed larger facilities. I purchased land on Route 236 two miles south of the village and in 1998 we built a new facility to hold 100 vehicles along with a 5 bay service department. Our service department run by Phil Lane ( who has been with me from the beginning and is now a partner in the company ) was such a success that we needed to expand it. In 2003 we finished a 2-story addition to the service department and adding 3 service bays to total 8 bays. We purchased all new top of the line Hunter wheel alignment, tire balancing and tire changing equipment at the same time. We are a NAPA Car Care Center and also provide AAA towing and road side services. We sell over 400 cars and trucks a year through our retail and wholesale divisions. I am confident that our vehicles are some of the finest and best value priced pre-owned vehicles in the marketplace. Every vehicle is put through a 60-point check in our service department. They are reconditioned mechanically and cosmetically, state inspected, warranted and we will provide a free Car Fax history report upon request. We buy, sell, trade, finance and sell extended service contracts for all the vehicles we sell. WE DON'T CHARGE DOCUMENTATION FEES!! Other dealers charge as much as $400 for this service-which in my opinion is part of the business of selling vehicles. Could you use $1000-$1500?
