Total ripoff, too bad the city of Portland doesn't give $h!t. We were staying in Portland and have no interest in seeing the downtown if it's going to cost $10 an hour to park.

Way too expensive! They control ALL the parking in Portland, Maine that isn't city-owned. Monopoly that charges as much as it wants.
