Trap

History

The Trap is new to Perkins Cove this year. It is owned and operated by Jason and April Evans. The Evans family has been doing business in the cove at The Lobster Shack for decades. This new venture allows them to get a little more creative with menu items and provide a dining experience slightly different from the rustic vibe of the Shack.

Specialties

While visiting Ogunquit enjoy lobster rolls, served hot or cold, and our homemade chowder while gazing at the beautiful view from our oceanfront deck. The chef has created a wonderful menu which includes calamari, fried oyster cups, mussels, Hawaiian style Poke, and seared Yellow Fin tuna. There are several sandwich selections as well. We also offer a selection of Maine oysters on the half shell served with our unique house mignonette. For our Gluten intolerant patrons, we have a completely gluten free fryer. Our chowder is gluten free and we offer gluten free bread for our sandwiches.
