I must say that if I eat fast food it is usually Taco Bell. If you look on the web site at the nutrition chart, the bean burrito is low in calories, high in fiber and is overall not bad for you...

Taco Bell doesn't have bad food but everything they serve tastes the same cheesy, meaty, and beany. If I had to pick a fast food restaurant to go to I would go to Pizza Hut or KFC.
