The Ice Cream House
History
The Ice Cream House is located in an early 1900's building that was once the original Post Office for Cape Neddick. It has been in operation since 2007 but changed hands in April 2009. We maintain a kid-friendly environment and invite you to stop for a scoop, rain or shine. Come try one of our specialty sundaes or a thick, old-fashioned milkshake and get caught up on local happenings.
Specialties
We are a seasonal ice cream parlor, open early March until just before Christmas. We carry over 20 flavors of ice cream, frozen yogurt, sorbet, and sherbet and many delicious toppings. We make our own waffle cones, cookies, brownies and other goodies from scratch. Beverage options include old fashioned floats and frappes and our very own coffee Scoopuccino! Now carrying ice cream cakes - call for details.
