Spouter Inn Bed and Breakfast is located on Coastal Rt 1 directly across from Lincolnville Beach, providing breathtaking views of Penobscot Bay, the sunrise, sailboats, the ferry to Islesboro, and a long stretch of sandy beach. Originally built in 1832, Spouter Inn B&B is a beautiful Colonial-style home with eight relaxing and romantic rooms, all with ocean views and en suite baths, some with Jacuzzi tubs. a three course gourmet style breakfast is provided each day during your stay.

Tracy and Mark are wonderful hosts. I stayed for 2 nights in October 2024. The attention to detail and the welcoming atmosphere, not to mention the delicious breakfasts made my stay perfect....
