I really enjoy the stylists here. I am NOT a fan of Wal-Mart, however I go in this store JUST to go to SmartStyle.

The lady that cut my hair had a HORRIBLE attitude, just cut with asking, and made it extremely choppy. The person I went with who got their hair cut by a similar person had the same experience....

If I could give negative ratings I would. I asked for a 5" trim-blunt cut, no layering. There are sections that are more than three inches off. Can't even fix this, will have to wait for it to...

I went in and asked to have my hair cut and layers in with color highlights on the top. I ended up with my hair shorter, but my layers were so choppy it looked like someone cut my hair with hedge...
