A new way to explore Maine's waters and woods Alejandro Strong. For over two decades I have been exploring Maine’s rivers and forests as well as studying and teaching philosophy. I worked for Hurricane Island Outward Bound leading canoeing and backpacking courses as well as training staff in whitewater paddling and safety. I am interested in the idea of minimizing the impacts of the trips I lead. Packrafting is the perfect tool to access remote and inspiring places with out the need for lengthy car rides and long shuttles.

Come take a ride down the scenic Penobscot River Come take a 2hr ride down the Penobscot River and enjoy the beautiful scenery. If you book a longer trip we may be able to make it into the Penobscot bay and cruise under the famous Penobscot Narrows Bridge and cruise by Fort Knox. Make sure you keep an eye out for Bald Eagles, Osprey, seals, and other wildlife during the trip.
