Specialty coffee, cupping score between 85 and 93, organic roasted by the owner. Located less than one block from Main Street in Southwest Harbor, ME, Silent City Coffee got its start as an espresso cart at the bustling Ithaca (NY) Farmer's Market. Our specialty coffee is made from organic beans, roasted in small batches right here on island. In addition to espresso and drip coffee, we offer a variety of pastries from a rotating list of local bakers, breakfast sandwiches, and grilled cheese. We also do our best to offer vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options whenever possible. Stop on by for a quick cup to go, or stay awhile in the shop or on the porch to use our free Wifi, browse our selection of used books (all proceeds from book sales benefit the Southwest Harbor Public Library), or see the current artist we have on display. We look forward to meeting you!
