Simply no concern for the guest experience, and no pride in the place. The problem is that they have a "built in" audience, so it doesn't matter if they don't make the stay comfortable. 1....

Stayed at Fish & Maine for a few days, which is a secondary property of Shining Sails, made up of small apartments rather than the more traditional B&B. We had a small one bed with a lovely deck....
