Sea Dog Brewing Company serves a full menu of handcrafted ales and was established in 1993. It has locations in Topsham and Bangor, Maine. The company s beer is formulated and brewed in a traditional style using regionally appropriate ingredients, such as imported English two-row malted barley and imported German hops and grains. The company serves a selection of appetizers, salads, seafood sandwiches, burgers, steaks, pasta and entrees. Its menu also features fresh Maine lobster rolls, Sea Dog Waldorf salad, French onion soup, bacon-wrapped scallops, oven-roasted nachos, chicken wings and cheese quesadillas. Its Bangor location features a banquet and conference center that hosts several business meetings, seminars, weddings and company retirement parties.
