At Red Sky we showcase locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. We feature Maine seafood and Maine raised beef. Everything we make is prepared from scratch; from stocks and sauces to the bread and desserts. Our hours vary seasonally and we will be adding more days as the weather warms up!
