Presence of Mind (Wellness Center) Studio started as a mindfulness and meditation studio dedicated to recovering the essence of staying present: Presence of Mind has been dedicated to making mindfulness and meditation available to everyone in a supported and nurturing environment. We offer individual sessions and group classes. Life Coach services to assist clients in developing and achieving their individual goals with a focus on anxiety, depression and stress reduction along with classes, courses and workshops directed towards interpreting and incorporating mindfulness with all other aspects of life. March, 2019, Presence of Mind Studio embarked on a significant shift and expansion....expanding to Presence of Mind Wellness Center and moving locations and cities. Expanding services to include yoga, reiki, ThetaHealing, Massage and Esthetics.
