Health Equity Alliance (HEAL) was a dedicated organization based in Bangor, ME, that served the community for 37 years by providing essential services such as HIV medical case management, LGBTQ support, and assistance for those experiencing homelessness. The organization was deeply committed to its mission, driven by the strength and spirit of its patients and staff. Despite its impactful legacy, HEAL announced its closure effective April 1 due to ongoing challenges, expressing immense gratitude to the community for their unwavering support and trust.
