Moosehead Family Campground

We are a small, family owned campground with 26 RV/camper sites and 8 tent sites located just before town in Greenville, Maine. The RV/camper sites all have a fire ring & a picnic table on site, as well as water and either 20/30 AMP or 20/30/50 AMP electric service. The sites do not have sewer on them, but we have a dump station in front of the bathhouse, as well as a pump trailer that can be brought to you for a small fee, making it easier for longer stays. The sites can accommodate up to 45 foot length RV's, trailers and fifth wheels, with options for pull though sites and back-ins. The tent sites are located in a more wooded part of the campground, all offering a fire ring & picnic table. Some sites will better fit a couple tents, while others are smaller and best for one. Please check our website, under reservations by selecting the tent sites available for the time you wish to stay for further descriptions. We have a clean bathhouse with hot showers and pit toilets that is open 24 hours a day. There is a sink for washing dishing or filling water containers for drinking located on the outside of the bathhouse for your convenience. We are located about a mile and a half from Moosehead Lake where you'll find a beautiful view, swimming and fishing. Come experience all the beauty the mountains and lake have to offer in our quiet little area. There are seemingly endless places to hike and explore with your family, making memories along the way.
