History

The Monteux School of Music for Orchestral Musicians and Conductors, was founded in 1944. The school is a non-profit organization that hosts students from all over the world for 6 weeks in June and July. The addition of the Monteux Event Center as a function and event venue was started in 2019!

Specialties

Brand new event center in the heart of Acadia Maine, centrally located between Acadia National Park and Schoodic! We have a beautiful function hall with seating up to 200, sleeping arrangements for up to 50, weddings, campfires, lobster bakes, fundraisers, family renunions and more are all available.
