History
Maxim's was created by a class of 2018 kennebunk high school graduate Max LeBlanc. After working in an ice cream shop for two years, he set out to put a new twist on a classic desserts. When he finally concocted the the idea of a Pie Cone, Max set out to fulfill his dream and now runs the truck 7 days a week. Since opening in July of 2018, Max only uses local products that are made in Maine, and waffle cones are made fresh every morning.
Specialties
A la mode on the go! Our dessert specialty includes pie cones and pie shakes, which are made completely out of local made in Maine products. We fuse together the classic dessert combination in new and interesting ways. A Pie cone includes a piece of pie coating the inside of a homemade waffle cone with Shaine's of Maine ice cream on top. A Pie Shake is a piece of pie blended together with ice cream in a milk shake. Come by to try yours today!
