You have to want to dig around, know your prices and brands. I purchased 50 yards of wired 3" ribbon for $4.19 for the whole roll. 108" backing cotton was $11.99 per yard.

Sad vibes here. It's messy, it's disorganized, the brands they carry weren't impressive. You're much better off thrifting at Goodwill, Salvation Army or checking out TJ Maxx/Marshalls.
