Mama Paw's School for Dogs

History

Paige spent a number of years training for different companies and organizations. In 2015, she decided to expand her learning by studying multiple styles of dog training. Paige wanted the opportunity to offer dog owners a training plan that was specific to the needs of themselves, and their dogs, and not necessarily always using the same approach for each dog, which is often required by other organizations. Paige started Mama Paw's after recognizing that each dog is an individual, and needs to be treated as such when creating a training program. Now, she is able to offer multiple styles of training in order to better suit the needs of clients and their dogs.

Specialties

Mama Paw's specializes in helping you improve your relationship with your family dog. In addition to basic obedience, we can offer behavioral modification for problems including (but not limited to) excessive barking, resource guarding, aggression, separation anxiety, and more. We will design a training plan specific to your dog and your dog's needs, and have the ability to train using both positive reinforcement style training and e-collar training. Our group classes are held outdoors and aim to get you outside with your dog while teaching basic obedience using positive reinforcement training techniques.
