Mainly Grains Bakers

We offer authentic Portuguese and Italian bread and rolls as well as authentic French baguettes and a wide selection of whole grain breads. We also make Danish pastries, muffins, turnovers, cookies,and cinnamon buns. Everything is made from scratch by our exclusive baker, Carlos the Bread King, who bakes 6 nights per week. Our products are fresh every morning. Carlos learned the fine craft of baking from his Father and Grandfather. When Carlos emigrated from Portugal at the age of 6, his family settled in Bridgeport, Connecticut, where his Father opened a Portuguese bakery.
