Maine Lakeside Resort & Event Center offers private individual cabins that sleep up to 8 people with full amenities. We offer a unique location for private functions such as weddings and retreats at our beautiful lodge. Our six Lakeside Cabins are nestled along the same cove as our lodge, making it a convenient walk for you and your guests. Each of these cabins feature two bedrooms and a loft, with sleeping room for up to 8 guests. Our Silver Cove Cabin sits on a peninsula that separates our cove from the Kennebec River as it flows into the top of Wyman Lake, offering water views of both and even more privacy. This cabin features three bedrooms and a loft with sleeping room for up to 8 guests. ​The newly renovated Honeymoon Suite offers couples a quiet place of their own. This two-story luxury cabin has a kitchenette, oversize rain shower, gas wood-style stove, and loft bedroom. Overlooking Wyman Lake, the mini cabins are simple units that each have a queen bed, night stand, small refrigerator and a small deck with a table and chairs. Each cabin has a private bathroom in our shower house which is just steps away from your cabin. We are the only resort in the area with deep water access and a public boat launch nearby. Our fully furnished cabins have private decks and individual fire pits. Spend your days swimming, kayaking and canoeing, playing volleyball and other outdoor games, relaxing by a campfire, and grilling right on your deck. Looking for a little more adventure? Our location has access to the great northern outdoors, just minutes from moxie falls and the Appalachian trail, a disc golf course as well as a team building ropes course. There are also plenty of businesses nearby for rafting the mighty Kennebec or the Dead River, float trips, premier fishing with guides, hunting trips, and float plane trips.
