We own a condo across the street and we've seen 3 or 4 restaurants come and go in this spot since 2020. Hoping Lee Frank's catches on. Burger was exceptional. Very fresh ingredients. Tasty....

So yummy! Would definitely run in if you need a great burger or hot dog, they have plenty of choices. The chocolate milkshake was my favorite.
