Lauren Lear Photography

History

I am originally from the DC area and have lived in Maine for the last seven years. I live in North Yarmouth with my husband, brand new baby girl, and our first baby- our French/ English bulldog. With over 10 years of experience, my background ranges from portraits, weddings and events to food. Although my background is in portraits I have been working with food photography and styling for the past two years. I was drawn to food photography by the creativity that can be applied through color and texture and, of course, sampling the props. I have since been published in Food and Wine, Bon Appetit, Travel + Leisure, Northshore Magazine, and Courrier Japon. I have also worked with Maine Magazine for over a year shooting for their food blog and covering events all over Portland. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing what we can create together!
