I enjoy helping my clients with their goals of pain relief, stress reduction, relaxation, increased range of motion, proper alignment, etc. by restoring balance to muscles, fascia, and other soft tissue including scar tissue. I specialize in acute and chronic pain relief, including for workplace and accident injuries. I like giving focused massages for various areas of pain including the neck, shoulder, upper and lower back, hips, gluteals, legs and arms. And for conditions such as Headaches, TMJ Disorder, Thoracic Outlet Syndrome, Plantar Fasciitis, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, IT Band Syndrome, Piriformis Syndrome, Sciatica, Scarring, Oncology Massage. I use Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Cupping, Scar Work and TMJD Intra-Oral Therapy. I also suggest clinical stretching and strengthening exercises, pressure on trigger points, and other self-treatments to lessen pain and maintain progress between massages.
