HistoryI started this business when I was newly married and had been working for a general contractor for 4 years. I was laid off, but took my skills and began to seek customers in my neighborhood. I stared with one truck, and various tools and equipment. I now own 2 trucks, a trailer, and lots of tools and equipment and have added to my skill set and accomplishments. I've been able to make it on my own but am expanding services. As the owner of Swartz Enterprises I have helped many people improve their properties. I have been in construction for more than 10 years. I have worked with contractors in landscaping, tree care, concrete, wood framing, carpentry, door and window installation, drywall, painting, flooring, ceilings, and some plumbing and electrical. I enjoy making all manner of improvements to whatever I find. I want the earth to be a better place to live for future generations. I see the earth as a place to be cared for with an eye for the future. The way I see it, I should do things right, right now. That way I won't worry about the future: when something I've put together is done right, it will last.
