Having to wait over 15 minutes after appointment time (and I was the first appointment of the day) was aggravating. However, the professionalism of the staff and Dr was as good as it gets.

Nope. Wrong prescription on first pair. Three weeks and no update or return phone call on second pair. Time to shop for a new optometrist.
