Led by Sarah Mildrum, LCSW-Maine's first Emergency Responder & Public Safety Certified Clinician (ERPSCC)-our team combines clinical expertise with deep personal understanding of high-stress professions. We provide confidential, flexible care-including trauma therapy, ASAP, peer support, wellness checks, post-incident recovery, workshops, outdoor programs, couples intensives, and BHAPs-for both individuals and agencies across Maine. Whether virtual or in-person, our mission is to ease stress, heal trauma, and strengthen resilience for those who protect us.
