Fran's Place

History

Fran's was first started by a French-Canadian female on Center street in Auburn back in 1994. She quickly outgrew her space and had to move to two different locations on Lisbon Street, into where it is now. Now 25 years later, Fran's is on it's fourth owner, all which have been females. The current owner is a female Operation Iraqi Freedom Army Veteran who is passionate about her staff, her customers and being an active member in the community.

Specialties

Fran's is all about making you smile. From using real hand cut potatoes rather than frozen home fries, fresh made from scratch sausage gravy from our local vendor Mailhots, fresh vegetables delivered several times weekly from our local vegetable stand Blackie's, providing an extensive menu for both our Gluten-Free and Vegetarian customers, and providing your kids with coloring books and colored pencils to keep them happy, we always want to make your experience a pleasant one.
