Originated in 1903, the Sarah Frye Home is a facility licensed by the State of Maine Department of Human Health Services and is a nonprofit corporation. Based in Auburn, Maine, it serves approximately 36 men and women in the age group of 60 years and older. The center offers many amenities, such as transportation to local medical appointments, beauty salon, internet access and a resident driven activities program. Others services provided by Sarah Frye Home includes medicine preparation/administration, dietician consultants and on sight podiatry services, to name a few.
