Went through the drive thru at 7:22:30 am this morning... ordered a cappuccino with a little bit more milk then the normal requirement is...the staff then asked again what I wanted so I repeated...

I asked for light ice in my drink to accommodate the extra flavor swirls and they literally dumped part of my drink out in front of me because they didn't listen to me asking for less ice.

Probably the most unorganized Dunkin donuts I've ever been to, with rude management, queuing lines taking 20 min to even get a coffee, never having any inventory available, and issues with ovens....
