amy was very rude and unpleasant when they completely forgot about my drink and i asked her but apparently it's not her job, yet she works at dunkin for a reason.

Dunkins doesn't make my favorite coffee or donuts, but they are just fine and are an icon here in the northeast, dating back way before Starbucks -- which I also like -- extended its web of stores...
