D'Ellies first opened at Sugarloaf Ski Resort in 1988. Original owner Ellie combined her name with the traditional term 'deli' to form a unique, easily recognizable name. It has continued to exist and grow, serving the Sugarloafer community keeping them feed and ready to fire on the slopes since. In the spring of 2017 The Morse family purchased D'Ellies from previous over Sonya Dearborn. The Morse's are a long time Sugarloaf family with a huge passion for skiing and good food. Their two sons, Ben and Sam Morse, are elite level ski racers both serving time on the US Ski Team. At D'Ellies you can feel the heritage of skiing filling the air as you walk through the door.
Here at D'Ellies we deliver superior, made to order, healthy and hardy meals that fill you up for your next adventure. Our welcoming staff work with you in customizing your order to meet your individual needs and tastes. We only serve fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable food to you daily. Come and taste, go and tell!
