We have 9 cabins on the shore of Big Wood Lake. Each cabin is different is style and size. You can access snowmobile trails in the winter and Ice Fish on Big Wood Lake. In the summer, swim in the lake, boating, fishing or ATV from your cabin. Close to eateries and pubs. Well behaved dogs are welcome. We do offer WiFi (limited) but we usually encourage our guests to take the opportunity to "unplug" during their stay. Enjoy each other, your family and the beauty surrounding you. We've stayed here twice. The couple that runs it are laid back, but helpful. Maggie the dog provides enthusiastic greetings. Simple rustic cabins overlooking Wood Pond in Jackman. Everything...

An authentic Maine "camp" experience on the lake. Cute, clean cabins, great hosts, reasonable price. Wonderful dog, Maggie. Also, this place is very dog-friendly. Had a great time!
