Riverview Psychiatric Center, also known as RPC, is a 90-plus-bed acute care inpatient psychiatric hospital that serves individuals of all ages. The center also provides medical care services for individuals committed under criminal statutes for observation and evaluation. It offers psychological consultation, behavioral assessment and psychotherapeutic services for clients recovering from mental illness and co-occurring disorders. Riverview Psychiatric Center provides nutrition education and dietetic counseling services. In addition, the center offers predoctoral internship programs in the field of mental healthcare system. It provides trainings on a variety of topics, including personality disorders, dialectical behavior therapy and relationship security. Riverview Psychiatric Center is accredited by the United States Department of Health and Human Services.

High Hopes Clubhouse is a community agency that offers a range of employment services, such as job development, placement, coaching and ongoing support. The agency supports a vocational rehabilitation program for adults with mental illnesses. High Hopes Clubhouse also provides assistance with transportation, disability benefits, computer education, social activities and referrals to various community resources. Its transitional employment program provides employment opportunities in various industries and businesses to its members. The agency has been certified by the International Standards for Clubhouse Programs. High Hopes Clubhouse is located in Waterville, Maine.
