Amazing ice chai -- ie real spice flavor and not too sweet. Great oat milk latte! Also had a ciabatta that we very tasty -- fresh bread, high quality veggies. Service was stellar!

Firstly, cute inside, but warm. Indoor and outdoor seating, size inclusive. Parking is on street. Everything was, alright. Nothing extraordinary. We did not really like our coffees though....
