Community Clinical Services, Inc. was established in 1985 as a community-benefit organization providing medical, behavioral, and pediatric dental care services in Lewiston and Auburn, Maine. Committed to ensuring access to primary health services regardless of financial means, CCS became a Federally Qualified Health Center, Look Alike (FQHC-LAL) in 2000, operating as a nonprofit 501(c)3.
