Captain Mowatt's Canceaux, world's greatest hot sauce! Small batch, great company! I've tried at least eight of their other sauces plus spice blends, what a find in Portland, Maine.

Sweet with a little zing! Added to oyster sauce for on the half shell. Great addition to my omelette. Also works well with my prime rib sandwich.

Easily the best. Hot sauce from Maine is a thing and it's amazing. I would take a bath in it if I could. It's a family business making small batch hot sauces with tons of flavor and heat.
