Voted best bagels in New England for over 20 years. We bake fresh daily in our shop! Choose from a variety of homemade cream cheese, and specialty Boars Head sandwiches. We bake real New York style bagels: mixed, rolled, boiled and baked here at our shop. We also make from-scratch specialty cream cheeses, and made to order sandwiches on our bagels, bread or wraps. As we make everything to order (not sitting waiting for you for - how long?) our process takes a few more minutes, but you can choose to customize however you like! We are also a full service delicatessen and provide Boar's Head meats and cheeses, including Taylor's Pork Roll. Our headquarters and hind-quarters are right here in Maine: a small, locally owned business.

There is a reason Bagel Mainea is the best bagel shop for hundreds of miles. Great high quality boars head meats, delicious bagels and fast service. What more to ask for?

Best bagel shop around! This place is always popping- normally a 15min wait at least for a bagel. You can call ahead and pay on the phone and pickup quicker if u need. Their sandwiches are great...

Stopped around 7:15am while on our way to Acadia to grab some sandwiches (and bottled kombucha) to go. They were very friendly despite the hour, and our bagels held up nicely for when we ate them...
